I've had a few different treatments with Sophie over the last couple of years and she has always been professional, honest and approachable. I needed a lot of reassurance when I first had treatments done and she was kind and patient with me. The clinic environment is clinical and clean and I feel in totally safe hands knowing that Sophie and Rachel are both highly qualified nurses and have had the best aesthetics training. I made the mistake of going to another clinic for Botox before returning to Sophie, the difference was dramatic and the results were disappointing compared to what I was used to with Sophie. I attended Mae Aesthetics recently and had the BEST experience. The clinic is extremely sleek and polished (as are the practitioners!!) and you get a professional vibe from the onset. They provide drinks on arrival and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
